Sargodha Kinnow Refund and Returns Policy

At Sargodha Kinnow, we are dedicated to delivering the freshest kinnow oranges. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds:

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 2 days from the date of delivery, as kinnow oranges are perishable. After 2 days, we cannot offer a full refund.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be damaged or incorrectly shipped. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if you encounter any issues.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns for any perishable goods, including kinnow oranges, for reasons related to spoilage, rot, or other degradation after delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return request, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times vary.

No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us to request a refund.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the return is processed, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, we will send a refund to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

To initiate a return for a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at info@sargodhakinnow.com, and we will provide the return address.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is granted, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we don’t guarantee receipt of returned items.
